Tokyo University of the Arts (TUA), in collaboration with Korean Academy of Film Arts (KAFA) launched a program aimed at fostering global competencies among emerging filmmakers from both countries last year. Students from TUA and other Japanese universities of Arts and graduates from KAFA and emerging filmmakers in Korea were selected to engage in cross-cultural exchanges for this 2nd edition. This pitching event is a key element of the program and please behold the first footstep of the promising young filmmakers who will be the leaders of Asia and global film industries.

東京藝術大学（TUA）は昨年、韓国映画アカデミー（KAFA）と共同で、国際的に流通しうる創造的なクリエイターを育成するプログラムを開始しました。第2回となる今回は、東京藝術大学をはじめとする日本の芸術系大学の学生、およびKAFA卒業生と韓国の新進気鋭の映画監督が選抜され、共同企画開発という創造的協働に臨みました。プログラムのハイライトとなる、このピッチングイベントで、将来アジア、そして世界の映画産業を牽引する有望な若手クリエイターたちの第一歩をご覧ください。
