For Financing and Project Development
- Previous TGFM Participation Projects Have Won Critical Acclaim at International Film Festivals -

TIFFCOM will hold the 6th Tokyo Gap-Financing Market (TGFM) , which will open at Tokyo Portcity Takeshiba, PORT STUDIO from October 29 to October 31, 2025. TGFM serves as a platform for selected feature-length film projects in the financing stage; TIFFCOM provides one-on-one meeting opportunities with industry professionals in order to support project development and financing. TGFM features film projects which have secured at least 60% of the entire budget and contain Asian elements.

This year's TGFM selected numerous projects from Southeast Asian cinema, featuring a diverse array of live-action and animated projects from directors who have won significant international acclaim. Further enriching the lineup, and the last year the Japan-Italy Film Co-production Agreement came into effect, including three specially selected thanks to the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual of the Italian Ministry of Culture and Cinecittà, 23 projects (17 live-action and 6 animation) in total will participate.
