💻 About Visitor Registration

💰 Is it possible to cancel and receive a refund?

Please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations.

📷 Having trouble uploading my photo.

Before uploading your photo, please ensure that it meets the following requirements:

  1. The image clearly shows your face taken from the front with high brightness.
  2. The file is in JPEG format and is less than 3MB.
  3. The resolution is approximately 480 × 640.
  4. The image is vertically long.

📱 Which characters can I use in my password?

It must be between 6 and 12 characters long, containing a mix of numbers and letters.
Please enter half-width alphanumeric characters.

🚶 Is it possible to enter on the day of the event without pre-registration?

Visitor Walk-in registration will be opened on Tuesday, October 27 at 1:00 PM (JST). (Walk-in rates will apply.)

On-site registration using your own device is possible, but we recommend registering before arriving at the venue.

  • Please note that payment is by credit card (Visa / Master) only.
  • You can download receipts from your Visitor My Page.

💰What is “TGFM”?

Tokyo Gap-Financing Market (TGFM) is a dynamic project market created to assist producers of projects in the development stage to secure funding. Through one-on-one meetings, representatives of selected projects will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse array of international film industry experts. 🚶How to get to the TGFM venue

Tokyo Gap-Financing Market (TGFM) venue and reception are at PORT STUDIO, located on 8F of Tokyo Port City Takeshiba.

First, please come to 6F. Then, change elevators there and go up to 8F to reach PORT STUDIO.

📚What is “Tokyo IP Market: Adaptation & Remake (TIPM)”?

Tokyo IP Market is a marketplace that connects Japanese IP holders (publishers, production companies, TV broadcasters, game companies, etc.) with foreign producers, providing a platform for both sides to meet and turn Japanese stories into global visual content. 

🚌 How to get to the Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) venue

If you have a TIFFCOM badge, you can take the shuttle bus from the venue’s 1st floor.
We will update the details such as bus stop locations and operating hours.

🎬 What are “P&I Screenings”?

Only certain TIFFCOM badge holders can attend the Tokyo International Film Festival’s (TIFF) industry preview screenings.
Details will be updated at a later date.


👥 About Conferences

📝 Is advance registration required for the conferences?

If you have already registered as a visitor, you can go directly to the conference venue on the day of the event.
Entry generally begins 20 minutes before the session starts.

Please note that entry may be restricted if the venue reaches capacity.

📌Can I register for specific conferences or single days only?

We do not offer tickets for individual session attendance or one-day passes. Please register for a visitor badge, which grants access to the entire event.


🏢 About the Venue

🍴 Are there any places to eat or drink?

There are restaurants (2F, 3F), cafes (1F, 3F, 6F), and convenience stores (1F, 6F).

👜 Is there a cloakroom?

No, there is not.
Coin lockers are available on the 2nd to 5th floors, but they can only be used with transportation IC cards (such as PASMO or SUICA).

📰 Is there a business center?

There is a business corner on the 1st floor of the Hamamatsucho-kan Management Office where you can make copies and charge your devices.

🚬 Is there a smoking area?

There are smoking areas on the 1st, 2nd, and 8th floors of the venue.

🚙 Is there a parking available?

Paid parking is available on the B1 floor.
Business Hours: 07:00 – 23:00
Parking Fee: ¥300 per 20 minutes. (Fees apply outside operating Business Hours)
Height Limit: 1550 mm (some areas: 2050 mm).
